Are you planning on replacing your old fluorescent lamps with new lamps, or energy-saving retrofits? Fluorescent tubes have mercury in them, so you can’t exactly throw everything in the dumpster and call it a day. What do you do?
You have to recycle them of course, and our Veolia RecyclePaks makes that job much easier. All you have to do is buy one of the pre-paid boxes or containers, throw your recyclable material in them, and then send them off in the mail. It is easy as that!
The weight, quantity, and processing values of each package are documented, and you get certificates of recycling in return, so you will have no problem disposing of hazardous materials and keeping in compliance with disposal regulations.
We have several types of box sizes and containers so you can find the Recyclepak that works for your stock of light bulbs and ballasts. We have a 4-foot box that holds up to 68 T12 or 146 T8 lamps, an 8-foot box that holds up to 15 T12 or 30 T8 lamps, or a 2-foot mixed box that holds 22 T12 U-Bend lamps, 32 T8 U-Bend lamps, or 9 HID lamps. We also carry a 5-gallon plastic pail that can carry up to 66 pounds of recycled ballast material.
All of the prices on our boxes and containers include recycling and shipping charges.
